This website came to be when I realized that the trade of personal property appraising was not united in valuation methodology but extremely diverse. Since almost every appraisal is a legal document, it was clear to me that the legal arena had the answers. All we needed to do was research the law and disclose the mandatory laws and regulations that dictated what was proper theory. This is not a website that practices law or provides legal advice.
